Down to zero again, but wait -- I have an existing home for sale today
Ya Ya -- again I get to report that we are down to no more new homes in Willow Park Villas for sale.
Until they close, there is always a chance.
But the good news is that I have a Chateau that has been occupied that is now on the market for sale.
The Chateau is our original model with the loft upstairs. It has 1400 sq ft. on the main level with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and then the loft area is a room with a bath and large closet space.
The one I have for sale currently is listed at $199,900.

One up -- 3 down.
It is part of the ups and downs of the Real Estate Business. We are back to 2 homes possibly for sale in Lehi Again.
H-2 is a Newcastle model. We currently have a contract on it that expires on May 31, 2012. The sale of their home has fallen through and they are hurrying to get another buyer so they can still purchase this home. But to protect the builder, I will take a back up offer. Finally.........
With much regret I get to announce that..........
WE FINALLY SOLD THE LAST HOME IN WILLOW PARK
Yes it has finally happened. There are still 2 to close, but that will happen in the next month or so.
It is always hard to leave a community where you have worked so long with the residents. We have cryed together, we have laughed together. Much service has happened behind the scenes that no one even sees or acknowledges. What a great group of neighbors and friends reside in this community. It was a pleasure being able to share a little time of your lives with you.
